Return Policy

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit within 7 days after the receipt of your order/merchandise or proof of delivery. Please call us or email for a required return authorization number at 754-777-8913 or info@rielexandshop.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. ALL SALE ITEMS & jewelry are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. Applicable refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping:
To return your item(s), you should ship the merchandise to: RIELEX & SHOP BOUTIQUE ATTN: RETURNS, P.O. Box 16822, Plantation, FL 33318. All shipping fees for returned items are paid by the customer. Returned items should be shipped via USPS or other trackable shipping service to ensure proof of delivery.
